これまで当方が制作しておりました、茶筅の編み掛け糸を市松模様とする茶筅につきまして、本デザインは、翠華園（@suikaen_takayamachasen @kiwakoto.lifestyle @kiwakoto_suikaen）が意匠権を有しております。当方が当該意匠権を侵害したこと、また、NIKONEKOにて販売を行い、SNSでの発信により誤解を招く結果となりましたことにつき、関係者の皆様に多大なるご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

We have been producing a design of checkerboard pattern for the knitting threads of a tea whisk, forwhich Suikaen (@suikaen_takayamachasen @kiwakoto.lifestyle @kiwakoto_suikaen ) has the design right. We infringed the design right of Suikaen (@suikaen_takayamachasen @kiwakoto.lifestyle @kiwakoto_suikaen), and we sold the product to NIKONEKO and spread the misunderstanding by sending out SNS messages.
